Jez Nichols is a second-generation realtor, who has been in the industry for nearly a decade. Born and raised in Northern British Columbia, he is one of four siblings who were all brought up with a strong work ethic and a passion for business.
Jez's childhood was spent in BC until his family relocated to Alberta during his teenage years. It was here that Jez finished high school before attending Red Deer College, where he studied Business Administration. Next he moved to Toronto, where he worked in business-to-business sales, and then on to Vancouver where he worked as a Business Development Manager for a financial company. This experience gave him valuable insight into the world of business and taught him the importance of building dynamic relationships with clients.
Jez's passion for real estate and hard work has paid off as he is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after real estate professionals in the Shuswap area. Jez brings a lot of value to his clients, starting with his in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the building industry. This intimate knowledge of houses, from new construction to renovation projects, combined with his commitment to providing exceptional service to his clients gives him a definite edge. He truly cares about every client he works with and is known for his honesty and candor.
In addition to his work in real estate, Jez also has a passion for fitness and the Shuswap lifestyle. He is an avid CrossFit enthusiast and enjoys weightlifting, boating, hiking, and downhill skiing. He resides in the beautiful Salmon Arm area with his wife and their two lovely daughters. They are proud to call the Shuswap home and are grateful to be part of such a vibrant and thriving community.
