Jez is a second-generation REALTOR® with over a decade of experience helping clients navigate the real estate market. Born and raised in Northern British Columbia, Jez grew up as one of four siblings in a family that instilled a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a genuine appreciation for serving others.
After his family relocated to Alberta during his teenage years, Jez completed high school and studied Business Administration at Red Deer College. His career later took him to Toronto, where he worked in business-to-business sales, and then to Vancouver, where he served as a Business Development Manager for a financial company. These experiences sharpened his negotiation and communication skills while reinforcing the importance of trust, strong relationships, and exceptional client service.
Jez brings a unique combination of real estate expertise and hands-on construction knowledge to every transaction. His experience in new home construction and renovations allows him to help clients better understand the properties they are buying or selling—from overall quality and potential improvements to issues that may require a closer look. Known for his honesty, straightforward advice, and unwavering commitment to his clients, Jez works hard to ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process.
Today, Jez is proud to serve buyers and sellers throughout the Shuswap and North Okanagan. His dedication, market knowledge, and client-first approach have helped him build a strong reputation as a trusted local real estate professional.
Outside of real estate, Jez has a passion for fitness and the Shuswap lifestyle. An avid weightlifting enthusiast, he also enjoys boating, hiking, and downhill skiing. Jez lives in beautiful Salmon Arm and is proud to call the Shuswap home. He is grateful to be part of such a vibrant community and genuinely enjoys helping others experience everything this remarkable region has to offer.
